But what if we can't pay , say the chinese back , what happens? Do we do like what happen durring the great Clinton time ( yea right ) and give them our high tech stuff, like a navy spy plane that just happen to get forced down in china. All the safe guards to distroy the very sencentive tech stopped working all of the back up systems didn't work either. The whole time the gov. was talking to get the crew back and the plain the chinese stripped it.
